Coordinates: 46.457, -120.739 (the zone’s center; the record gives no point)

Strong sustained winds of 38 mph with gusts up to 46 mph were measured at the Yakima Airport. These winds downed a power line in Yakima. The line came in contact with a metal garage and started a fire, causing considerable damage to several vintage cars and some tools within.
