A storage building was blown over and large tree branches were downed.
Trash dumpsters and two high water markers were washed down the creek at Palo Duro Canyon State Park. The first low water crossing had four feet of water over it and two feet of silt. Texas Park Rangers also reported that the very heavy rainfall was causing rock slides.
