Heavy rainfall of up to 3 inches flooded streets and low water crossings throughout the city of Brady.
Rainfall of up to 4 inches flooded several roads near Live Oak in southern Concho County.
Rainfall of up to 7 inches flooded many roads and low water crossings across much of Menard County. Water up to 5 feet deep was reported across Highway 189, forcing the road to be closed for several hours.
