Heavy rains caused flash flooding and landslides over parts of San Sebastian. Rio Culebrinas went out of its banks flooding a total of 19 houses over Pepino, Pueblo Nuevo and Union Street sectors.

Heavy rains caused flash flooding and landslides over parts of San Sebastian. Rio Culebrinas went out of its banks flooding a total of 19 houses over Pepino, Pueblo Nuevo and Union Street sectors. In addition fallen trees and two house with their roofs detached were reported due to strong winds.
