What happened

The episode as NWS PHI wrote it up.

A severe thunderstorm produced a microburst with hurricane force gusts that damged five homes in Geigertown around the intersection of Pennsylvania State Route 82 and Geigertown Road. Several barn roofs and sheds were also blown away. One barn roof was found one quarter of a mile downwind. No serious injuries were reported. One house's garage was badly damaged. Shingles and drainpipes were also torn off and the wooden railing from the deck was torn away. The severe thunderstorm knocked down a chimney from another house and crashed a swing set into a porch. An aluminum window frame was torn away from another house. Numerous Douglas firs and Hemlock trees in the area were sheared off. A 25 foot section of one hemlock tree flew over one house and landed on and damaged the pickup truck and the side of another house.
