The Illinois River at Watts rose above its flood stage of 13 feet at 700 PM CDT on June 30. The river crested at a level of 20.6 feet at 200 AM CDT on July 1 before falling back below its flood stage at 1100 AM CDT that same morning.The Illionois River at Tahlequah rose above its flood stage of 11 feet at 200 PM CDT on July 1. The river crested at a level of 14.5 feet at 400 AM CDT on July 2 before falling back below flood stage at Noon CDT that same day.
