Rainfall of 3 to 5 inches caused extensive street flooding in Fremont, Uehling and Winslow with Clark, Logan and Bell Creeks among those which flooded. Water was reported curb to curb in Uehling with many basements flooded. Several long-time residents noted that the flood waters of Bell Creet and its tributaries were even higher than the 1944 flood.
