Collapsing thunderstorms across a portion of north-central Kansas produced damaging winds in parts of the region. Near Palco, 70+ mph winds tore the roof from the COOP. A barn was destroyed on a dairy farm near Damar. Numerous tree limbs and power lines were damaged and fell by the wind of 60 to 80 mph. Roofs were partially damaged in Smith county at Gaylord and Smith Center.
