Scattered thunderstorms moved through southern Canyon and western Ada counties and produced damaging wind gusts. Numerous trees and powerlines were downed throughout the area. A 75 foot tall tree fell on a home in Nampa and a porch was torn off another home. In Boise, the I-84 connector was closed due to downed powerlines.
