The monsoon trough was located south of Guam. Heavy rain moved across Guam and resulted in small scale flooding across parts of the island.

The monsoon trough was located south of Guam. Heavy rain moved across Guam and resulted in small scale flooding across parts of the island. At the National Weather Service office at Tiyan 0.43 of an inch of rain fell from midnight to 0400 with an additional 0.75 of an inch falling from 0400 to 1000. Minor flooding was reported in Merizo and Tumon by the local newspaper.
