Coordinates: 30.693, -87.018 (the zone’s center; the record gives no point)

A waterspout was observed over the Gulf of Mexico south of Navarre Beach. The waterspout dissipated over the water. The storm that triggered the spout then moved north across Navarre into Escambia Bay. The waterspout then redeveloped south of Garcon Point and dissipated before moving ashore. The storm never touched down over any land areas.
