Streets, yards, and garage floors were flooded in parts of Phelan, Hesperia, Victorville, and Apple Valley as a thunderstorm moved northeast down the mountains and across the valley. Small hail, wind gusts to 30 mph, and a temperature drop of 25 degrees in a half hour also accompanied this thunderstorm.
