Flooding in Arkansas, March 13 to 15, 1999
Following recent heavy rains, the Arkansas River at Van Buren rose above its flood stage of 22 feet at 1000 AM on March 13. 2 feet early on the morning of March 14 before falling back below flood stage at 100 AM on March 15.

Following recent heavy rains, the Arkansas River at Van Buren rose above its flood stage of 22 feet at 1000 AM on March 13. The river then crested at a level of 23.2 feet early on the morning of March 14 before falling back below flood stage at 100 AM on March 15.
