Heavy rainfall caused several roads in the northeast part of the county to flood. The roads were mostly dirt and had to be closed for a little over an hour due to washouts and standing water. Weather radars estimated that four to six inches of rain fell in a four hour period in the area. The flooding was generally along State Highway 21 from Beatrice to McWilliams.
