Heavy rains across the north sections of Puerto Rico produced urban flooding in Toa Baja and Bayamon. In Toa Baja several roads and parts of the town had flooding problems.

Heavy rains across the north sections of Puerto Rico produced urban flooding in Toa Baja and Bayamon. In Toa Baja several roads and parts of the town had flooding problems. In Bayamon four residences in La Milagrosa sector had flooding problems due to poor drainage.
