An F0 tornado cut a narrow swath of tree damage along a 1/4-mile path, about two miles northwest of Irvona, around 7:30 pm in the evening of Tuesday, June 2. The tornado occurred along State Route 3014, along Holes Run, a small stream that runs parallel to the road.

An F0 tornado cut a narrow swath of tree damage along a 1/4-mile path, about two miles northwest of Irvona, around 7:30 pm in the evening of Tuesday, June 2. The tornado occurred along State Route 3014, along Holes Run, a small stream that runs parallel to the road. Damage was confined to trees. Width of the damage path was only about 50 yards wide. In addition, downburst winds caused intermittent tree damage over a three-mile wide and seven-mile wide long path stretching from near Newburg, southeast to Irvona.
