Low pressure moved up the Atlantic Coast, bringing a wintry mix of freezing rain and sleet to a large part of central Pennsylvania. Ice accumulated up to 1/4-inch in many locations, but there was little damage to trees and powerlines, and only spotty power outages. This was a minimal event, but large areas were affected.
