Heavy rain associated with a line of thunderstorms, caused some urban and poor drainage flooding and caused the canopy at the front entrance of an apartment building to collapse in Pottstown. A glass door at the entrance of the apartment building was shattered and several others were cracked.

Heavy rain associated with a line of thunderstorms, caused some urban and poor drainage flooding and caused the canopy at the front entrance of an apartment building to collapse in Pottstown. A glass door at the entrance of the apartment building was shattered and several others were cracked. No injuries were reported. College Drive near High Street was barricaded because of flooding along High Street. Storm totals around the area averaged between 1 and 1.75 inches and included 1.59 inches in Honey Brook (Chester County), 1.42 inches in Bechtelsville (Berks County), 1.28 inches in Glenmoore (Chester County) and 1.11 inches in Palm (Montgomery County).
