A National Weather Service employee reported shingles ripped off his and neighbors houses in Pendleton. High wind also blew over two power poles onto a highway near Milton-Freewater. A vehicle struck the pole but, no one was hurt. The peak wind gust at the Pendleton airport was 66 mph.
