Heavy rains associated with a slow moving upper low produced flooding over a large part of east central Ohio in the Muskingum River Basin. Minor flooding occurred at Cambridge, Ohio where the Wills Creek went above its 15 foot flood stage at 6 am EDT May 3rd. Wills Creek crested at 17.5 feet at Cambridge at 7 am May 4 and receded below flood stage at 9 pm May 5.
