From 2 to locally 4 inches of rain fell across Central Ohio on the 7th and 8th causing the Hocking River at Enterprise to rise out of its banks. The river crested around 13.5 feet on the 9th around noon causing water to spill onto State Route 93 near Logan. Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
