Flooding in New York, April 1 to 4, 1998
Rapid snowmelt during the end of March and beginning of April caused minor flooding along the Hudson River from Hadley to Mechanicville. The flood waters impacted the Stillwater Flats, which included flooding Wrights Loop and the lower part of Ferry Lane.

Rapid snowmelt during the end of March and beginning of April caused minor flooding along the Hudson River from Hadley to Mechanicville. The flood waters impacted the Stillwater Flats, which included flooding Wrights Loop and the lower part of Ferry Lane. The river crested approximately 1 foot over flood stage at Hadley, near flood stage at Fort Edward and 3.7 feet above flood stage at Schuylerville.
