Heavy rain and fast runoff again flooded arroyos and small channels some of which had not been cleared of debris from rain on July 4th. Damage to homes, personal property losses, plus county road washouts were reported at Abiquiu, Coyote, Lindrith and San Pedro. Losses and damage due to flooding during the week in southern Rio Arriba County were estimated near $400,000.
