Damaging Wind in Montana, July 3, 1998
Thunderstorm winds caused fallen Cottonwood trees and Douglas Fir trees uprooted, occurred 13 miles southwest of Nimrod on Rock Creek. Lightning caused a brief fire in a yard after it hit a tree and downed a power line.
