Rainfall up to 4-5 inches caused flash flooding of numerous roads across Audrain County. Highway J east of Mexico had at least a foot of water on it at several locations. Highway 54 east of Mexico also had water close to 1 foot deep in places. Several gravel roads across the county suffered damage from flood water as well.
