Heavy thunderstorms that moved across the region dumped over an inch of rain on parts of Cape Girardeau County. A few of the streets that were flooded in Cape Girardeau were North Main, Third, and Rand. Water was also observed running across some roads in the northern part of Cape Girardeau County and near Delta to the south.
