A Nor'easter produced heavy rain and strong winds across the Lower Maryland Eastern Shore on Tuesday, January 27th and Wednesday, January 28th. Rainfall totals generally ranged from 3 to 5 inches. This rainfall caused street flooding and flooding of poor drainage areas throughout the region.
