Thunderstorms moving through eastern Maine dropped golfball-size hail in several locations. The golfball-size hail was reported to be 4 inches deep at the airport in Millinocket where several planes were damaged and two inches deep in the Haynesville/Orient area.

Small hail was reported in many other locations in eastern Maine.
