Coordinates: 37.054, -88.713 (the zone’s center; the record gives no point)

Major flash flooding was reported in Reidland. Three to four feet of water covered parts of Calvert Drive. An unofficial rainfall report of 11 inches was received from Reidland, and at the Reidland Sewer Plant, the rain gage overflowed at 5 inches. The Canterbury subdivision received considerable flooding. Two parking lots and other low-lying areas were flooded. Five cars were damaged after floating into each other in a parking lot.
