Heavy rains continued in these counties of North Central Indiana into the early afternoon resulting in rainfall totals of 4 to 6 inches in less than 8 hours. This resulted in widespread significant road flooding across all the counties. This also affected Wildcat Creek, the main drainage stream for these counties. The Wildcat rose nearly 10 feet during the day and in some cases was the highest since 1990.
