Flooding continued from the end of June in these counties. Additional rainfall of several inches occurring on both the 4th and the 7th kept the Wabash and River and lower portions of the White River anywhere from one to over six foot above flood stage. This again affected mainly agricultural lands and low lying roads near the rivers. Once again, as in June, these high water levels impacted the same crop areas either destroying or significantly impacting the eventual harvests this year.
