Thunderstorms brought hail and damaging winds to north central Illinois. Tree limbs and power lines were downed in the western part of Winnebago County. Winds snapped 7 utility poles and damaged trees at Machesney Park and Loves Park in eastern Winnebago County. Trees and wires were downed in Belvidere. There was also tree damage in Ogle County along highway 72 from Leaf River to Stillman Valley. A tree fell on a house and a shed was blown over at Stillman Valley.
