Rainfall of 2-4 inches fell from 6 pm to 8 pm across parts of Macoupin and Madison counties causing local flooding. Highway 67 in Brighton was under water for a time, as were several roads and streets in Godfrey. One creek overflowed in Godfrey when debris blocked a bridge under Davis Lane.
