An isolated thunderstorm dropped heavy rain over downtown Prescott. Doppler radar estimates of 2 to 3 inches of rain fall in two hours caused widespread street flooding. Water rose just above curb level and seeped into a few downtown businesses. Lightning struck two homes, causing minor damage to one.
