Heavy rainfall during the morning hours on the 12th produced flash flooding in Greenbrier County and minor flooding on the Greenbrier River.Flash flooding resulted in the closing of route 12 just west of Alderson and Monroe Draft road near Caldwell.The Greenbrier River crested a little over half a foot above flood stage at Alderson at 0345EST on the 4th.
