Flooding occurred on the North Fork of the Virgin River in Zion National Park during this time. The flood trapped a 27 year old hiker for over 24 hours on the Dead End Trail. Streamflow on the Virgin rose from 400 cfs at 1200 MST on the 14th to 2300 cfs at 0800 MST on the 15th. Streamflow levels returned to normal later that evening.
