Trees, limbs and power lines were downed in several locations, especially around Mentor (Lake County), and Gates Mills and Solon (Cuyahoga). Winds were estimated at 58 miles per hour in Garfield Heights (Cuyahoga). In Millersburg (Holmes), three high tension power lines were downed, causing power outages and fires in the woods around the power lines.
