A cold front moved across northern New York Sunday afternoon and evening (June 22, 1997). Thunderstorms developed along and following the front. Heavy rain, some hail and locally damaging winds accompanied a few of the storms.Trees and power lines were blown down in Ogdensburg, NY (ST. Lawrence County).
