The Gila River produced relatively minor flooding along its entire length from the mountains of southwestern New Mexico to the Arizona Border. River gage reports indicate that river levels reached as much as 4 to 5 feet above bankfull in some areas.

River gage reports indicate that river levels reached as much as 4 to 5 feet above bankfull in some areas. Reported damage was confined to several washouts where roads crossed the river.
