A severe thunderstorm caused wind damage around Church Hill in Queen Anne's County. The damage path extended for about two miles, although most of it was an open farm field. Several trees were downed and two small farm buildings were destroyed. The debris from one of the buildings was blown down wind for about a quarter of a mile. Maximum wind gusts were estimated at around 80 mph.
