A winter storm moved northeast across western Pennsylvania and brought a wintry mix of precipitation to Garrett County, Maryland, with highest amounts in the higher elevations. A total 4 inches of sleet and snow with about 0.25 inches of accumulated freezing rain was reported at Keyser's Ridge. Oakland reported 0.25 inches of ice also, but only 2 inches of sleet and snow.
