Low pressure moving through the Great Lakes and a secondary low pressure center that developed off the coast of Maine caused mixed precipitation through the state. Snow developed from southwest to northeast. The snow gradually changed to rain in central and southern areas with up to 7 inches of snowfall in the western foothills.
