Heavy rains of two to three inches in a little over an hour, caused street flooding and high water in some buildings in the Fort Walton Beach area. The Okaloosa Island fire department reported several inches of water in their building. The Emergency Operations Center in Fort Walton also had several inches of water in their building. The water subsided shortly after the heavy rains stopped.

Heavy rains in the west part of Crestview caused flooding along Old Antioch Road. A bridge across the road had to be closed for almost an hour due to high water.
