An outflow of strong winds from thunderstorms caused 5 to 7 boats to capsize around the Steinhatchee River entrance to the Gulf of Mexico. One man received chemical burns over 80% of his body from the gasoline that poured from his capsized boat. His wife died from cardiac arrest while in the water.
