Slow moving thunderstorms dropped several inches of rainfall across Washington County. Doppler precipitation estimates indicated 7 to 10 inches of rain fell over a 6 hour period. Several roads were closed and underwater. Numerous car accidents were reported due to flooded roads. Several cars were flooded.
