Winds from a thunderstorm blew several trees down along HWY 4 west of Jay. The thunderstorm then moved southeast and a microburst blew a barn down 4 miles southwest of Jay. The storm continued moving southeast and outflow from the storm then damaged a house about 6 miles south of Jay. Several residents reported hearing a loud roar but observed damage was consistent with outflow from a thunderstorm.
