Mount Umunhum precipitation gage recorded over two inches of rain in three hours 1130 PST. Petaluma River at Corona Road stream gage showing the river rising over three feet in four hours (1100 PST).
Napa River near Napa rose above flood stage at 0830 PST.
Spotter report at 0830 PST of 3.77 inches of rain measured over three hours in the city of Occidental. Channel 2 television crew reported at 1130 PST flooding in the city of San Ansermo. The Russian River at Hacienda Bridge has been above flood stage and continues to rise 1200 PST.
