An F0 tornado touched down on the southwest side of the town of Knoxville. The tornado moved to the northeast and quickly lifted about 0.20 of a mile northeast of Knoxville. The only damage noted along the path of the tornado was several trees that were blown down. A couple of outbuildings were also destroyed.
