A tree was knocked down by winds across Hwy 29 south of Hope. An 18 wheeler either hit, stopped, or jack knifed across the highway. A car behind the truck hit the truck killing the 3 occupants of the vehicle. Killed were a father, his son and daughter. Ages unknown.
