What appeared to be a small but powerful downburst occurred in northern Bibb County about 5 miles west-southwest of West Blocton. Trees were downed and a couple of mobile homes sustained minor damage along with a storage shed.

Trees were downed and a couple of mobile homes sustained minor damage along with a storage shed. The damage path was slightly less than a mile long and only about 50 yards wide.
